Importec's Terms & Condition of Sale

1. All prices quoted do not include sales, use or other taxes. All prices quoted throughout our website are subject to change without prior notification.
2. Payments Methods - Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We will only accept Money-orders, Cashiers Checks, Bank Drafts that are pre-mailed prior to order being shipped. No COD's, unless prior arrangements have been made with the accounting department.
3. All Orders will be shipped through a carrier of our choice, such as UPS, U.S. Postal Services, Etc. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify the shipper / courier of any damages to the package at time of delivery.
4. Products are sold free from defects in material and workmanship. All new parts & components carry a one year unlimited miles warranty. Our warranty does not cover labor costs for removal or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair or for incidental or consequential damages that may arise or be caused by negligence or malfunction of a faulty part. Excluded from warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation.
5. A pre-authorization will be required for any parts returned within 30 days. Please email us at parts@importecparts.com for a parts return authorization number. Part/s correctly supplied that have been authorized for return will be subject to a 20 % restocking fee. Orders that are processed and then cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Shipping charges are non refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Electrical, electronic, special order, abused, misused or damaged parts are not returnable for credit, refunds or any other reason.

6. Returned merchandise, Cores, Warrantee authorizations must be shipped freight prepaid.

7. International orders - Shipping charges for core returns or defective items that are returned are not refundable and the customers is responsible for all shipping charges that are incurred for both the forwarding and return shipping costs.

• Our Free Shipping promotion is only valid on orders of $50.00 or more that are shipped with UPS ground to the 48 continental states. Although we try our best to ship the order from the closest warehouse, there are times where the order is not available or partially complete, which results in us shipping the complete order from an alternate warehouse (Central, West or East warehouses). If the part/s order is of an urgent nature, please select an alternate shipping method on the checkout order form, such as next day or two day air (shipping charges do apply for air shipments). Parts that are incorrectly ordered and returned are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% to cover the shipping & processing costs. We reserve the right to use or change the shipping method with an alternate shipper or shipping method of our choice. Alaska, Hawaii and International orders do not qualify for free ground shipping. International orders are shipped with the United States Postal Services, unless otherwise specified.
